To use the App, you must accept and comply with these Terms.

02Үйлчилгээний хамрах хүрээScope of service
- Аппликейшний зарим функц нь төлбөртэй эсвэл интернет холболт шаардлагатай.Some features of the App are paid or require an internet connection.

04Төлбөр ба гүйлгээPayments and transactions
- Апп доторх зарим үйлчилгээ, бүтээгдэхүүн нь төлбөртэй байж болно.Some services and products within the App may be paid.
- Төлбөрийг Apple App Store болон Google Play Store-ийн тогтоосон журам, нөхцөлийн дагуу хийнэ.Payments are made in accordance with the rules and conditions of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Бид буцаан олголтын бодлогоо тухайн платформын дүрмийн дагуу хэрэгжүүлнэ.Refunds are handled in accordance with the rules of the respective platform.
05Оюуны өмчIntellectual property
- Аппликейшний нэр, лого, програм хангамж, контент, өгөгдөл зэрэг бүх оюуны өмчийн эрх нь Хүнү Клаймат Тек ХХК-ийн өмч бөгөөд зохиогчийн эрх болон бусад хуулиар хамгаалагдсан болно.All intellectual property rights in the App, including its name, logo, software, content and data, belong to Hunu Climate Tech LLC and are protected by copyright and other laws.
- Хэрэглэгч эдгээрийг зөвшөөрөлгүйгээр хуулбарлах, тараах, худалдаалах эрхгүй.Users may not copy, distribute or sell any of these without permission.
06Хариуцлагын хязгаарлалтLimitation of liability
- Апп-аас авсан мэдээлэл (цаг агаарын урьдчилсан мэдээ, засгийн газрын мэдээлэл, зудын эрсдэлийн мэдэгдэл гэх мэт) нь 100% баталгаатай биш байх магадлалтай бөгөөд 3 дагч мэдээллэгчдээс хамааран алдаа гарах боломжтой.Information provided in the App (such as weather forecasts, government information and dzud risk alerts) may not be 100% accurate and may contain errors from third-party data providers.
- Hunu болон түүний хөгжүүлэгчид нь апп-ийг ашигласнаас үүдэлтэй аливаа шууд болон шууд бус хохирлыг хариуцахгүй.Hunu and its developers are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App.
- Хэрэглэгч өөрийн эрсдлийг ойлгон Апп-ийг ашиглана.Users use the App at their own risk.
07Нууцлал ба мэдээллийн хамгаалалтPrivacy and data protection
